Dear Parents & Members,

By Wednesday next the 12 Days of Christmas tickets will be in circulation for almost a month. In order that we can arrange that they are sent back to Scouting Ireland National Office and registered in time for the draw all ticket books (preferably all sold) must be handed into the Scout Hall by Wednesday 7th December at 8pm at the very latest.

ALL SECTIONS MUST RETURN THEIR TICKETS ASAP PLEASE

Books of tickets (preferably all sold) can be dropped into the Scout Hall (in an envelope, with the money and ticket stubs) on Monday night from 6pm to 8:30pm, on Tuesday night from 6:30pm to 9:30pm and on Wednesday night from 8pm to 8:30pm

The Parents & Friends Committee are meeting up on Wednesday night in the Scout Hall to arrange registration of the sold tickets and preparing for them to be sent up to National Office to be included in the draw.

Those who sell full books will be entered into our own internal Douglas & St. FinBarres draw for a small prize

Remember; this is a big fund raising opportunity for our group as all proceeds (less 10%) remain with our Scout Group. There are some incredible prizes int his years draw and we encourage everyone to give this their full support.
