- Assemble for 13:30, heading for the platform at 13:45 and taking the 14:00 train down on Saturday October 20th
- Activities while there will include a mini hike to Fota House & Gardens as well as Orienteering and a scavenger hunt in the campsite woods.
- We’ll feed the Beavers in the evening some hot food of sausages, bread and a drink. Please bring a reusable cup.
- We’ll be having a campfire and also hold an investiture ceremony for all new members of the Group. Any new member unable to attend will be invested back in the hall with their group.
- We’ll catch the 19:10 train from Cobh to Cork expecting to be back in Kent station for approx 19:30
- Beavers are asked to bring with them, in a back pack, their wet weather gear, a bottle of water, a cup for a drink and a small snack.
Please locate a Leader when you arrive to the train station in Fota and let them know who you’re dropping off.
